Shanti Resort

Shanti Beach Resort is a one of its kind mixed use hospitality project in Gujarat. The project is unique due to its location and programmatic requirements. The project features an approximately 12000 sq.ft shopping arcade with a food court, restaurants and an indoor gaming arcade. The 35,000 sq.ft public lawns act as a buffer between the resort and the utilities which is open to the general public. The resort has amenities such as a wellness centre, a spa and a banquet hall. The premises accommodates these diverse requirements on a naturally contoured site effortlessly.
