Description
We established this 2nd Papermaking Unit in collaboration with Conservation Wildlands Trust. This unit is in the village of Satara, in Tadoba Tiger Reserve. This unit's primary focus is to provide employment to these women during the non-agricultural season of the year. The unit has received substantial support form the T.A.T.R the EDC. The mandate of this unit is to provide an additional skill-set to the local women. Conservation Wildlands Trust is the force behind this initiative and we facilitated the setting up of the unit and training.
